Right now there are 28 Homes for Sale in Pinole with prices ranging from $154,950.00 to $549,900.00; the average price is $296,498.00 and the median price is $282,425.00.  The homes are priced at an average of $201.00 per SF and have been on the market an average of 51 days.

In January six Homes for Sale in Pinole sold for prices ranging from $245,000.00 to $360,000.00 with an average price of $284,470 and a median price of $271,500.00.  This is an average price per SF of $212.00 and they have spent an average of 23 days on the market.

In February eight Homes for Sale in Pinole sold for prices ranging from $215,000.00 to $430,000.00 with an average price of $301,437.00 and a median price of $277.00.  The average price per SF was $229.00 and the average days on market was 33.

Prices seem to be going up, however, with a small number of sales it is hard to say there is a trend.  With the holidays over and spring coming sales should increase.

This market report looks at Homes for Sale in Discovery Bay. It compares the Active Market of Discovery Bay Homes to sold homes for the last two months. It only looks at single family homes.

Right now there are 70 Homes for Sale in Discovery Bay with an average price of $473,403.00 and a median price of $354,950.00. This is an average price per SF of $177.00 and they have spent an average of 56 days on the market. 

In January 21 Discovery Bay Homes sold for an average price of $297,797.00 and a median price of $290,000.00. The average price per SF was $103.00 and the Discovery Bay Homes that sold were on the market for an average of 30 days.

Discovery Bay Homes is an eclectic market and rapid changes from month to month can be the result of a few home sales in one type or area.  There are entry level homes and new sub divisions that are very affordable and there are 7 figure homes on the water and on golf courses.  In December there were two home sales over $1,000,000.00 that helped skew the market up, but there are other factors too.  The slow down in the number of homes sold is probably due to the normal seasonal fall off of sales around the holidays. Homes closed on in January for the most part went into escrow in December.

Brentwood California Homes

This market report looks at Homes for Sale in Brentwood California. It compares the Active Market of Brentwood California Homes to sold homes for the last two months. It only looks at single family homes.

Summerset Homes is part of an exciting retirement communities in Brentwood California that includes Sommerset Homes and the new Trilogy Homes.
