Apple Hill Estates is probably the most prestigious community in Brentwood Ca 94513.  Apple Hill Homes are in the Gated Community of Apple Hill Estates.  This Gated Community actually has a Guard Both at the entrance and patrols in the Apple Hill Estates.

However, the nicest thing about Apple Hill Homes is the Beautiful Custom Homes on large lots on the quite tree lined streets.  The golf course meanders around the community for those that like to get out with the clubs.  There is also a club house with a pool, tennis courts and many other amenities.

Apple Hill Estates is tucked into a quite corner of Brentwood CA 94513 and many people do not even know it is there, but it is still close to shopping, fine dinning, parks, quality schools and all the other nice things the Brentwood Ca 94513 has to offer.

In the last 6 months 7 homes have sold in Apple Hill Estates from $305,000.00 to $559,000.00, with an average price of $366,571.00 and a median price of $340,000.00.  These homes spent an average of 17 days on the market and were priced at an average of $143.00 per SF.

Currently there are 7 homes pending in the Apple Hill Estates priced from $420,000.00 to $500,000.00, with an average price of $457,142.00 and a median price of $450,000.00.  These homes were on the market for an average of 7 days and were priced at $144.00 per SF.  All of these homes are Short Sales which take some time to close out, this explains the high number of pending compared to those sold.

These prices are on par with prices in general in my Last Brentwood Marketing Report.  However, the pricing is lagging since the homes are an average of those sold over the last 6 months and my market report reflects the last 2 months.
