However, there are 34 Pending Rose Garden Homes, 30 of these are Short Sales which accounts for the high number of Pending.  These homes have an average price of $316,025.00 and a median price of $297,250.00.  They spent an average of 35 days on the market and were priced at an average of $118.00 per SF.

Currently there are only 12 Rose Garden Homes on the market priced from $239,000.00 to $399,000.00.  The average price of the homes is $307,241.00 and a median price of $297,500.00.  The homes have spent an average of 27 Days on the market and have an average price of $128.00 per SF.

In the last 6 months 32 Rose Garden Homes have sold priced from $217,000.00 to $525,000.00 with and average price of $300,433 and a median price of $295,000.00.  This is an average of $122.00 per SF and they spent an average of 18 Days on the market.

A big part of this market is Short Sales and Short Sales can spend a long time pending to close.  Right now there are 29 pending sales of Rose Garden Homes and 24 of those are Short Sales.  They are priced from $235,000.00 to $450,000.00 and have an average price of $329,074.00 and a median price of $325,000.00.  These homes had an average price per SF of $115.00 and spend an average of 34 days on the market.

Brentwood Rose Garden Homes

The Rose Garden is a newer Brentwood Community that combines four Pulte Home developments.  These are some of the nicer, yet more affordable homes in Brentwood.  The Rose Garden is located right off Lone Tree Blvd on the North Side of Brentwood.  There is nearby shopping and it is close to the Bypass without being too close for comfort.

The Rose Garden is a well planned community featuring 7 Parks.  On the main entrance is a large park featuring a community pool  Scattered through the neighborhood are 6 small parks with different themes for the kids.

The Rose Garden is an affordable, yet nice community in Brentwood.  The homes range from small starter homes to larger executive style homes.

The Rose Garden in Brentwood is a collection of Putle Home Developments in one of Brentwoods most exciting planned communities. 

Currently there are seven homes for sale in The Rose Garden in Brentwood priced from $256,500.00 to $424,900.00.  The Average Price of these homes is $326,742.00 and the Median Asking Price is $319,000.00.  The Average Asking Price Per SF is $106.00 and the Average Days on Market is 45.

In October there were only four sales in The Rose Garden in Brentwood ranging from $275,000.00 to $410,000.00. The Average Sales Price was $339,250.00 and The Median Sales Price is $336,000.00.  The Average Price Per SF was $116.00 and The Average Days on Market for the Sold Homes was 23.

In November the homes sales accelerated in The Rose Garden with 10 priced from $217,000.00 to $485,000.00.  The Average Sold Price is $301,345.00 and the Median Sold Price was $270,750.00.  The Average Price Per SF was $125.00 and the Average Days on Market was 10.
