Hercules California Homes
I grew up in West Contra Costa County and still have a lot of friends and clients in that area. The first home I owned was in Hercules, so today I am going to look at Homes for Sale in Hercules California. This report focuses on Single Family Homes in Hercules currently on the market and compares them to Homes Sold in Hercules in November and December.
Currently there are 25 Homes for Sale in Hercules. The Average Asking Price is $394,701.00 and the Median Price is $395,000.00. The Average Price per SF is $192.00 and the Average Days on Market is 38 Days.
In October 27 Homes sold in Hercules for an Average Price of $434,445.00 and the Median Price of the Homes sold was $410,000.00. The Average Price Per SF was $187.00 with the Average Days on Market of 20.
In November Home for Sale in Hercules totaled 15 sold with an Average Price of $414,884.00 and a Median Price of $380,000.00. The Average Price Per SF was $190.00 and the Average Days on Market was 19.
In November the numbers were all down for Homes Sold in El Hercules, except for one, Average Price per SF which was up slightly. This indicates that the homes selling were smaller, but that they were getting better prices for them. The Market is very still very tight and any slow down might just be a seasonal slow down.
