Currently there are 148 Homes for Sale in Novato priced from $99,900 to $6,250,000.00.  I omitted the top one from the averages that follow as it is in a class by itself and really skews the numbers.  The Average price is $762,846.00 and the median price is $681,500.00 with an average days on the market of 90.  In January 39 Homes for Sale in Novato Sold at an average price of $452,726.00 and a median price of $425,000.00 with an average of 98 Days on the Market.  In February things seem to have gone down with 35 sales, but an average price of $512,200.00 and a median price of $480,000.00 with an average of 118 days on the market.

However, the top end of the Homes for Sale in Novato seems to be picking up, with 58 homes over $750,000.00 currently on the market.  The average price is $1,099,282.00 and the median price is $937,000.00, with an average time of 103 days on the market.  In January only two Homes for Sale in Novato sold in this price range for $1,195,000.00 and $875,000.00.  However, in February there were a total of 7 sold in this price range at an average price of $935,214.00 and a median price of $825,000.00, with an average of 136 days on the market.
