This report looks at Active Homes for Sale in Pinole and compares it to sales in January and February.  This report only focuses on Single Family Homes. 

Right now there are 28 Homes for Sale in Pinole with prices ranging from $154,950.00 to $549,900.00; the average price is $296,498.00 and the median price is $282,425.00.  The homes are priced at an average of $201.00 per SF and have been on the market an average of 51 days.

In January six Homes for Sale in Pinole sold for prices ranging from $245,000.00 to $360,000.00 with an average price of $284,470 and a median price of $271,500.00.  This is an average price per SF of $212.00 and they have spent an average of 23 days on the market.

In February eight Homes for Sale in Pinole sold for prices ranging from $215,000.00 to $430,000.00 with an average price of $301,437.00 and a median price of $277.00.  The average price per SF was $229.00 and the average days on market was 33.

Prices seem to be going up, however, with a small number of sales it is hard to say there is a trend.  With the holidays over and spring coming sales should increase.

Pinole California Homes

I grew up in West Contra Costa County and still have a lot of friends and clients in that area.  So today I am going to look at Homes for Sale in Pinole California.  This report focuses on Single Family Homes in Pinole currently on the market and compares them to Homes Sold in Pinole in November and December. 

Currently there are 14 Homes for Sale in Pinole The Average Asking Price is $369,636.00 and the Median Price is $327,400.00.  The Average Price per SF is $219.00 and the Average Days on Market is 34 Days.

In October 12 Homes sold in Pinole for an Average Price of $314,250.00 and the Median Price of the Homes sold was $301,000.00.  The Average Price Per SF was $212.00 with the Average Days on Market of 15.

In November Home for Sale in Pinole totaled 14 sold with an Average Price of $322,757.00 and a Median Price of $310,000.00.  The Average Price Per SF was $211.00 and the Average Days on Market was 23. 

In November most of these numbers were up for Homes Sold in Pinole, except for Average Price Per SF.  This is an indication of large homes selling.  The Market is very tight and any slow down might just be a seasonal slow down.
