This report focuses on Single Family Homes in San Pablo currently on the market and compares them to Homes Sold in San Pablo in November and December.
Currently there are 45 Homes for Sale in San Pablo The Average Asking Price is $116,472.00 and the Median Price is $160,000.00. The Average Price per SF is $153.00 and the Average Days on Market is 55 Days.
In October 39 Homes sold in San Pablo for an Average Price of $178,726.00 and the Median Price of the Homes sold was $155,000.00. The Average Price Per SF was $143.00 with the Average Days on Market of 26.
In November Home for Sale in San Pablo again totaled 39 sold with an Average Price of $170,143.00 and a Median Price of $162,000.00. The Average Price Per SF was $140.00 and the Average Days on Market was 45.
In November the numbers were down for Homes Sold in San Pablo. The Market is very still very tight and any slow down might just be a seasonal slow down.
