You are using video, real video which is so neat. But we need to edit, make it faster and plan feet, pan one area at a time. Describe some, other pretty obvious. Will be watching for new ones.

Andrew - You are so right.  I have not done any editing before and not sure where to start, but I am going to work on this one some.  But I wanted to get it out too.

Gene: Good video. You do a great job of explaining how each room can be used. A little lengthy though. Also, if you hold the camera a little further away, your breath sounds may not come through. Nice!

Good for you. Excellent that you've realized the power of video - it's a big deal and we all should be using it. But we need to use it with smartly - or it really ends up a waste of time - we need to make our videos more interesting. Otherwise the only people who will want to watch are the video creator and the person who owns the house.

Keep in mind that you really have to keep videos on the short side (I rarely watch anything over two minutes long.) We need to whet the appetite...

I would use Richard Yates - Video tips for Real Estate Agents

Andrew does a great job with his mix of music, natural sound and branding his style into his videos. #2

(I'm not going to be rude and post links to any of the above, but I really think you would gain  a lot by studying videos and styles and see what "holds your attention." )

I'm not purporting to be an expert, but I do know that it's important to engage viewers - or we risk losing them.

Again, good for you, congrats on taking the steps necessary to produce videos, I'm sure that you will discover a style that is unique to you - and helps you create connections with potential clients.
